We offer remodeling and rehabilitation loans to borrowers purchasing a new home or refinancing their current home.

There are several types of loans available.   We offer FHA rehabilitation loans- a 203K streamline is a loan that offers up to $35,000 in improvements to the home.  The more traditional 203K loan is for more major improvements or additions to a property.  The first mortgage is wrapped into this new loan, allowing just one loan on the property to include original financing and improvements.
